Hello, I have to ask this:
How the hell (I'm sorry) do I withdraw money to my credit card if I'm not from U.S.? From what I've been reading for the last couple days, withdrawing money to a bank account is only available in US, but I've also read that here, in Romania, I can withdraw money on my credit card.
My account is verified, so how do I withdraw my money from the Paypal balance to my credit card? It keeps asking me about linking a bank account.

I am from Serbia and not until recently did we get that option of withdrawal. First you need to check in your bank whether they support the paypal system in your country. If so, you will need a debit card, I have VISA Electron and it worked so far very good. It will ask for some approval and paperwork that you need to scan and send within the site. You know that you need to go and click LINK THE CREDIT CARD button?

There is an option to do so but you can only do it with an international credit card if you're not in America. Things like debit cards and bank accounts will not work. I live in South Africa and I had to connect my bank account to another bank that offered a service that allowed me to withdraw my PayPal funds, but the fees are laughably high. Its just another way for the government to make money, but not giving you access to it. Its quite funny that I have to pay for my own money.

It depends on your country, for Romania you can't withdraw to your bank, but you could do it to an American bank account. You can open an account on an American bank even if you are not an American citizen or resident, and, in some countries, your local banks offer you this service so maybe you want to look into that.

Bear in mind that international wire transfers usually cost up to 40$, and that's a flat fee, so, if you were to transfer your beer money earnings to Romania make sure that it is a big enough sum to compensate for the fee you will have to pay. Beware of people that offer you cash for PayPal money.

If you withdraw to your card it is my understanding that you could then use an ATM to get the cash using your credit card, or simply used it to pay for goods and services.

Well, personally, I am not sure if it is an option in your country, but I really like the PayPal debit card. It functions just like a credit card, and you can even get cash back on your purchases just like a credit card might give you. Before you go to all of the trouble of getting PayPal to add funds to your credit card, which I haven't heard of them doing, why don't you see if you can get the debit card? It will save time and trouble.

I personally think that you gotta make sure of that your country supports paypal getting linked to your bank account, you also gotta make sure that your credit card has an valid USD storage in order to successfuly withdraw your money to your account, there are many things you gotta make sure of, you should contact PayPal's support team though.

That is right - check the list of banks in your country that support Paypal. The list has the bank code to be used by Paypal. I only searched for that list in the internet and used it when I started withdrawing from Paypal. I am from the Philippines and I encountered no problem in withdrawing money to my bank account. I still haven't tried withdrawing to my credit card though.

I currently don't live in the United States and I was easily able to link a debit card to my Paypal. I don't understand why it wouldn't work for you. The banks they have accepted are Banco Azteca, Santander, and Bancomer. Maybe you can try transferring the currency from US dollars to whichever currency your country uses. That may be the case sometimes since some areas don't handle certain currencies.

The first thing you have to do is to find a bank in your country that paypal accept so that you can get your paypal account verified so that you can be able to send the money to the bank that you use to verified your paypal accountand thats how you will be able to get your money.

I am from India. At the moment we have automatic withdrawal. Manual withdrawal is allowed only if the amount exceeds 10 dollars.

Unfortunately I am not from US and I always have to withdraw from PayPal using my credit card and this means that each time I withdraw I have to pay a fee of $5. This is very discouraging. Since sometime I have stopped withdrawing. I am saving the money on Paypal for the time being.

I am not from the US, but I can suggest using debit cards. I never has problems using debit cards, and I don't have to pay charges except when withdrawing money on ATM.

Yes you can. In PayPal - Summary you have "Add a bank account or card" you go there and choose the option "Credit card" and complete all the data they asked and that's it. Good luck.

You can very easy connect your debit card with your account on the Pay Pal. Then it is very easy to transfer the moeny. Also they have super useful help desk where you can find whatever you need to know.

Well my bank account is link with my personal verified paypal, you have option to link credit card there, I don't know if paypal have service limit from country to country.

I think it is possible to have some problems with a Paypal account if you haven't submitted some necessary confirmations. Usually, they charge a small fee from a debit card when you are trying to connect it, but if you already have it done then I think it si the best to try contacting their customer service and see what exactly you ned to do with them.
After that you will know for a fact what has to be done, maybe it si some minor glitch.

If the bank withdrawl is not allowed for you. The best option in that case is making use of the paybis and xchanger type of services. Those services take money from you. And to some fee they can send it to another payment processor. here you can withdraw to bank as well. But it depends on the type of the website and the amount. bank withdrawal exchangers require higher amount.

Paypal works with many countries. My advice is to call a paypal operator and discuss it over the phone. Second thing, you can open up a checking account online, from outside of the U.S. You don't have to be in the U.S. to open up a checking account. Once you open your account, call paypal and verify.

it's avaible to must of countries you need to link your banck account with paypal and it's done.

You in your country you can take back the money with Pay pal on your credit card and Bank policy and PP is simple to determine the fee difference when turning back the money to the card usually at our Serbia takes transactions up to 7 days.
