Hi,

I have an Indian PayPal account.

And at times while receiving money in it, PayPal holds the funds for a while.

And this is SCARY!

Just wanted to ask, if I issue an Invoice to the person sending me funds; will that safeguard my money? or any other alternate solution?

One more query, can I make a Content Writing invoice and send over to the guy who is suppose to send money to me? I mean, sending content writing invoices allowed?

Please advice.

No mate. Not necessarily 21 days. It can be 24 hours as well.
