My account has been limited. Spoke to Paypal Support on the phone and they guided me on how they could been lifted. Do you know why PP accounts get limited, has this happened to you in the past?

I think this could happen to many people. and that is one reason they are not handling things well. and more and more people are switching to the cryptocurrency for the money transfer. so that seems to be the thing about paypal limitations to hold up.

I guess most time such limitation arises whem they notice some abnormal activities in your paypal may be vpn or invalid log in details, so they will limit and ask you to provide evidence of identity and residense

It happenend to me too a week ago. I thought that this happened because I used a proxy or I chose not to link any credit card. Did you do any of these?
Beside this, Paypal has a lot of things for what they can limit your account and some of them are really foolish.

My basic challenge with them has been proxy related but honestly paypal is not just considerate and lots of people use cos they have no option, i hope a reliable and easy to operate payment process comes up soonest

Paypal is very strict, thus it's easy to get limited than we thought. My best advice is to contact Customer Support, be honest, answer any questions and provide any document that they ask for. And if you're actually doing nothing wrong, they will release it. You can search on google for more solution since many people also went through this in the past.

Yeah, that's also my reason why I use proxy, I don't have a choice. I am a student in another city and I stay at the dormitories, proxy is the only way here. But how can you explain that to paypal, and most importantly, would they even believe it?

It just depends on the site you are working and making money. Maybe some don't have any other options of paying except from paypal withdraw. For example I work on a very good site that have only 2 paying options : paypal and payoneer.

I have no idea about having a limitation in Paypal so far I like their service. Try to contact the support team of Paypal they're going to call your mobile phone to clarify things.

This will the best solution to the problem, and to be honest this is the first time that I have heard about paypal limitations, they surely have reason why they are limiting one's account.

I heard someone got their Paypal limited because that person got a chargeback request from a ptc site owner. Just as simple as that.

That's something, but I heard that they can limit an account even for the simple fact that you buy something from ebay
or if you use an account on an IP on which someone had already used a limited paypal account

Paypal truly has a very strict policy and they do limit any account that they find suspicious. It's quite a mess once we get into problems like this, it's very time-consuming.

Paypal seems to be very strict with the limitations they get to put on users. they usually put when they have certain triggers. so depending on how those triggers work. it'd be reasonable to see how those triggers may affect and get account limited.

I think that they do this in order to avoid scammers and money landering, actually i never faced that proplem may be because i use paypal in small amount

A lot of people are having this problem.with PayPal and ones account could be limited for so many valid and invalid reasons,well,we wouldn't blame them they just want to be sure all accounts are secured.I think one reason is having a huge amount transfer to one's account or one trying to withdraw so much at a time ,I think this is the most rampant reason.I think having a verified account can limit this problem.
