Am Not sure if it available for all paypal supporting countries since I'm not using PayPal I will not know but let's hope to hear from those who are using PayPal if they can execute such transactions on their paper wallet.

You should check on those country under the first tier range , its the one paypal supported those crypto currency transaction ,not sure about others

I too wish they extend the service , in my country a lot of people are waiting for the crypto service to be launched, it would have an amazing benefit

If they don't expand theirs I hope Visa allow every country to run cryptocurrency transactions with their individual visa card at their own risk.

Its not everyone that have paypal account that the crypto service have been created or put into ,i have PayPal account yet i haven't seen something like that

I still do not see this as goodnews considering the fact that non UK PayPal users cannot be able to use the cryptocurrency features of PayPal.
