i really need help guys

They give a generic reason, on mine said "inconsistent amount of transactions".
was it a business or personnal account ? there's still a chance of getting it back by appealing and doing some verification stuff if it's a personnal account, if it's a business account, then the process is more complicated as you have to provide some documents

I hate receiving generic messages because they are not helpful at all. I mean, what do they even mean by "inconsistent amount of transactions"?! I wasn't aware there were certain amount of transactions required to have an account. And then of course, if you try to them, you'll probably encounter hurdle after hurdle.

Paypal really need to make things right with their reputation. Imagine sitting on someone's hard earned money. I just wish other platforms will tighten up and give Paypal a very severe competition.

I know what you mean but don't you think people also tend to take the Michael such as selling each other Paypal accounts, renting out their accounts, people allowing people to pay money into their accounts, people using Paypal to launder money etc all of which flout Paypal terms of conditions? I don't think Paypal is perfect but I do feel sometimes people also don't help with their conduct that goes against very clearly set Paypal terms.

Maybe the limitations was caused because of verification issue ,try to always sign up with a correct details on Paypal so you won't be banned or your account put on limitation , because most times Paypal do verification to confirm

I totally agree with you on your points and I know that 2/3 bad eggs in a basket can spoil the rest but I was just speaking from the point of innocent and hardworking individuals who suffer the terrible repercussions. Maybe Paypal could put some system checks in place to fish out the bad from the rest.

really sorry for your lost mate...but what makes them to hold the funds ? did you got varified account and is paypal support your country...and i think your account funds may refunded to senders already....

Some good contenders are already here, like Payeer, Payoneer and Stripe. They have their own flaw of course, but even Paypal has flaws. The problem is people don't want to use another payment processor.

Absolutely, mate... the few bad apples always spoil it for everyone else. And yes, I agree, Paypal should lay down the law; stringent measures that quickly **** out the bad apples and sort them out swiftly and without mercy. But as is always the case, whenever the few bad apples get up to all this foolishness, everyone else suffers.

PayPal has a lot of complications, I have some funds in there. But even today I'm struggling to link my bank account

I'm curious as to what complications you mean? Are you on about linking your bank account? Which bank do you use? If you already have funds in there already, wasn't it already linked to your bank account because if it was, the issue may be with your bank? Sorry for the 20 questions but I just want to check because I know that this side of the world, some banks claim they offer Paypal but don't actually. So far, I think FNB is the only one I know definitively does. I've had Paypal for over a decade and have personally not had any issues with it.

You sure its from PayPal, if so why not send them an email about your discovery and wait for their response, maybe you might get a satisfaction answer to the issue you are facing.

I also wonder! I would tread very carefully because it sounds a little weird to me. Like you say, he should really contact Paypal directly and see what they say.

There should be reasons for whatever happened with Paypal. Their reputation is of importànce, so I think contacting them on the subject matter will be the way to go. You would probably get an explanation.

That's exactly my sentiment! Whenever I've contacted them for clarification, they've always addressed my complaints even though the responses are delayed. So, I would definitely always get in touch!

may i know the reason said by paypal why they did it to you? there must a be reason of it. and one more, is your account verified yet or not?

I am so sorry to read this. PayPal is strict when it comes to processing money. They are always concerned with where the money is coming from and for what purpose, especially if the money is much. Inability to provide this may put the account on watch list. Besides, hope you are not from a country where PayPal has limited features?

That's one of the reasons why majority of people frown their face around PayPal due to its policies at times that makes it's users feel so bad, when it comes to limiting peoples access to their PayPal account, and cleaning up all balances of the person, in his or her PayPal wallet.

Yeah very true and I think Paypal needs to make their policies less rigid ,even in other country you might not like to use PayPal,most especially if your account have restrictions and others , the person might actually find it hard to benefit from the platform , because of the restrictions and others been placed by the platform

Yeah, they shouldn't act so rigid, because many are simply fade up with their strict policies. I still have some funds with my PayPal account, but I'm feeling skeptic with the account, due to how PayPal freeze users account balance citing some rules violations you know nothing about. I am simply looking for a buyer to buy those PayPal funds and give me crypto.
