It will make an expensive contract with you with few number of keywords and keep your site on the top in that keywords but keep a tag of ad with your site link
With the passage of time when another person owner of another site( in other words your opponent) will pay Google the same amount for same keywords then at that time your link has been visited by some time and link of opponent website has not been visited yet , So Google will make his site on the top and your site will be removed from 1st page
