The number of countries that are looking into the adoption of bitcoin and legalizing the currency in its entirety is starting to grow and for many peopel this is a great development as it will surely increase the demand and the value of the coins as well. In a recent news article that was released, it seems that the latest country to join this movement in Paraguay and they are getting increasingly closer to legalizing bitcoin as well. The news shows that on Wednesday in the coming week (in five days time) the country is planning to release their bill that will register and see bitcoin as a legal tender of payment within the country. What are your thoughts on this?

It will be great to be honest if this is happenging , top 100+ countries accepting bitcoin will make it progress faster to be surely than honest

Two more countries that actually start to adopt cryptocurrency and bitcoin payments they will actually expedite the process of cryptocurrency adoption globally. Especially large and prominent country such as this one.

They would be the second country t accept Bitcoin as legal tender then, but my major concern is whether they have weighed their options before taking this path. Also, they need to have very good regulatory rules.

They should go ahead with this bill because I see being more beneficial to them than not. So I even wish they can hasten this and get it done with so they can start enjoying the benefits that comes with it.

Agree it will allow people an opportunities to make money since there is so much population and poverty on the country at the same time

This is the one thing that cryptocurrency has been able to offer people during the pandemic. There were many people that were working from home, and therefore this provides them with the option to earn whilst away from work.

Yes a lot of people buy on dips and then convert of to fiat that's the most worled out strategy that is helping people out o. This time to be honest

Definitely I think that is mostly the whole essence making money by the people in the face of poverty. Ofcourse eradicating poverty takes having source of income

I hope they truly legalise the use of Bitcoin , because this will atleast draw more interest to the use of cryptocurrency , it's good to see it turn a payment option

It's been a while now that the information was passed. What's holding Paraguayan government from passing the bill to legalize BTC just as El-salvadoran government did? Most of the countries that have made such announcement never really executed the plan, only El-salvador took the mantle upon themselves and executed the bill.

Probably they are still observing the country that have legalised it and also monitor the crypto situation in the country as it been a legal tender , before they initiate their own bill ,I think they should just legalise it ,it might even favour them ,I actually don't why companies still have that fear of making it a legal tender

There's a lot of countries that have been talking about legalizing bitcoin and various other cryptocurrencies however personally I have not seen any developments that have been made towards achieving this and I think that it is simply a method that they are using to try and see if there's any interest in cryptocurrency in the country.

I Begin to feel that most countries actually do this just to lay a boost on the price since people makes use of fundamental analysis to trade ,when ever they see a news about a country taking a step to legalise crypto currency they would quickly invest because they know that there would be a pump in price in that range as time goes on too

Is actually a very good opportunity because funeral that a country is starting to legalize bitcoin and various other cryptocurrencies then you know that many of the people inside of that country will also be looking to purchase this cryptocurrency coins and that will help you to develop a bull market.

When will they end their observation around the country that has legalized it? Such doesn't seem right to me, you don't watch how another progresses, if you want such kind of investment option, you should go for it and make your legacy there.

Thats the problem there ,I think they are afraid to take the risk or are they trying to set things up before they legalise it proper and make it become a legal tender , because I still don't know why the delay is taking too much ,I think someone in the government should give them hint or reminder about the pending situation

It's been a while now I heard about any positive news coming from the country talking about the steps to legalize BTC. I am seeing some setbacks in their claims to make Bitcoin a legal tender. It will take some time to see another country imitating El-salvador into legalizing cryptocurrency.

Surely I have a feeling that they actually are not too interested anymore in the adoption , because if they are very much interested ,they would have placed more effort into making sure that the adoption grows more and they adopt it ,but they have been mute for some time concerning the adoption and it's really surprising on that step they are actually taking concerning the adoption

Legalizing Bitcoin in their country is indeed a great idea, as it will expose their citizens into the crypto currency space, as well creating awareness to more people in the process increasing utility of Bitcoin and also help in increasing the price of Bitcoin which as well helps crypto holders make good profit. And on the process make Bitcoin acceptability to keep growing rapidly
