I don't know why the national assembly are not taking the move of making it a legal tender , or do they consider it as a threat to their institution like banks , because crypto adoption is increasing and they need to join the rate

It is very possible that most of those Latin American countries I'm not really comfortable with the US dollars so with cryptocurrency or bitcoin precisely they feel independent and they can grow the economy as they wish.

You have a point though I don't see this unity been achieved because most countries now prefer to focus on CBDC instead of cryptocurrencies.
