I have worked for both paid to click site (neobux)and a micro task site (microworkers).
here's my honest opinion, micro work sites are way much rewarding than paid to click sites.
what's your take guys, do you agree?

Well, I'd say it depends on how much the microtask pays. For example a typical task at mTurk pays a little better than clicking adds, but surveys beat them both. But some microtask sites like Spare5 have dropped the rates to a cent per task, which is a shame because they used to pay really well. In the second case I'll get the same amount of money in less time by clicking adds with the equal amount of clicks that I'd need to finish the microtask.

It is nice reading here on how microtasking job earns well. However, I am curious to know more on details to what are those microtasks job referred to and why are they earning well when compared to clicking tasks in PTC sites.

why are they earning well when compared to clicking tasks in PTC sites

Well a microtask is basically a task that you either do on the site's platform (e.g. tagging a photo with keywords, searching the web for something, researching the background of a site, write a review) or on your own computer's programmes (e.g. photoshopping something). So that on its own is more taxing than simply clicking an add on a typical PTC site, therefore it ought to pay more.
However each site's pay rate is different, some may pay a substantial amount expecting a well done task, some others simply want to get the job done and pay peanuts. So you might come across a microtask site that pays worse than a PTC site, and that's when you have a choice to make: work or click away for the same amount of money.

Thank you for the clarification, @Gigi. At least I know on how microtask is being done. It is more strenuous compared to PTC site which is done by clicking in order to earn a penny. Therefore, the pay is more better than that of PTC job.

Even though I don't do many ptc sites (only Neobux at this current time) I do think it's an easy task to carry out in the evenings when I'm relaxing. I can watch my favourite tv programmes and click at the same time. Microtasks take more effort and require more concentration although they usually pay more.

Glad to know about it but I have never tried the micro task sites. I am thinking to join some Pay to click websites to add some money to my pay pal , hopefully one day :Hungry:

Micro tasks are more worth it than PTCs in different aspects. You can earn more through micro tasks because of higher rates. Aside from that, micro tasks makes your mind work unlike PTCs which you are just clicking on links. I mean PTCs are boring, while micro tasks can be fun.

I am not familiar with those Microtask job, I would like to know more about it.
I am using Paid to Click sites and I earned just a small amount there. Glad to know you earned more in Microtask than PTC's. I want to try using it.

Maybe you can try Microtask sites like Spare5, Picoworkers, Microworkers, Crowdflower, and Amazon Mechanical Turk. If you want to join in those websites, I can help you on Spare and Pico. Just for those two sites though.

These websites look good. I think we can do well and good amount from these websites. Please help on Picoworkers and Spare 5 if possible. Is there any limit to how much amount we can earn there.

I think I sent my link on Picoworkers already. But I will resend it if you wish. With Spare5, I will send my referral link too.

As far as I am concerned I don't really like those PTC sites. It takes so long to earn on most of them. Micro tasks are more interesting and the reason is because you have many small tasks to do. It is not boring. It is much easier to earn on micro tasks site compared to PTC.

If you ask me I will say pay to click is best as I am new and it'll be Easy for me to earn by clicking rather then doing any tasks

Micro works is very much better... One may not earn the money a day's meal...LOL

I have worked on Neobux, it is a long living site, it really exist for a long time, but if you do not invest, that is really a night mare. You can work for months and to earn some funny amount.

I would prefer doing micro tasks than PTC since it is more high paying and at the same time it keeps me up. I tried PTC before but I never get to reach the minimum payout since I easily got bored clicking ads and waiting for it to load and click another ad again. It's kinda irritating for me in the long run. And you have to have a lot of referrals in order for you to earn more. But when I discovered websites that offered microtasks, I enjoyed it and would love to do more microtasks as much as possible. And the best part is, you don't need to refer anyone for you to earn. You just simply earn by doing simple tasks.
