Yes, they have reduced the hashrate & rewards for all users. Also increased the payout fee 4-5 times than before. They are making excuses like the China Ban on Mining etc. But this news has nothing to do with the profitability. Also they are not much of a transparent, which means it's most likely another cloud mining scam.

its not they have reduced, its the ETH Network difficulty
