I have such a very good Url Shortlink.
They working from 2019 and provide very good ecpm rate name is ouofly.com.
Ouofly.com offer 10$ ecpm For Usa and 2.8$ ecpm For allow other country. The minimum payout is just 5$. And also have paypal, payza, skrill, bitcon as a payment method.

But i do not get any payment from them beacuse still i am not try it. If you guys pay from ouofly.com please provide here.

Or ouofly.com do not allow faucet and ptc traffic.

yes counting is bad i can confirm. His cpm too is not impressive to continue using him despite bad counting

I don't have problem with counting. but seems like it's fixed CPM on 2.81 worldwide on every country.
I'll try it for a while to see how it goes.
When gplinks pays $0.5 CPM and shorten pays $1, this is not that bad.

I don't think this site has many active users. I post payment proofs if there will be one.

yes i too always got paid but in past few weeks some days his count use to be like 15-25% so i stopped with it while when i had started with it it had always been near 40-50%..so he was doing something like what exe.io was doing resulting in somedays you get very very low count so that day traffic is compeltely wasted on it i.e. they are not consistent but yeah i see your point i will give it try again... cpm is fixed 2.8$

it look like every time i try to find some good shortener there is always something, they have to scam in one way and the easiest way is to count only 30%

Can't find a good shortener. shorten.sh was a god sent. gplink.in was also good for a while. exe.io was good either. but now, nothing.

is it counting so bad for you? like 30% if yes than i think mr.b should tagged it as scam, im trying it also right now and i will see after like 2 - 3 days and i'll say my opinion about it

first of all rates are fake im getting cpm $2.80 when i should have more because i have more visitors from germany and france, and if you take a look on publisher rates you'll see germany $10 and france $5 so this is a bad start, now i will see after 2 - 3 days to see if counts are bad

the counts are not bad at all, way better than some other sponsored threads the only bad thing is that the cpm is fixed on 2.81 as AlDocTHorXJ said

He seems to have disabbled api this week.
And i agree some sponsored threads are a big joke here with pathetic count rate or crossover rate

Let's hope for the best to happen, I'll give this shortener a chance, but that's really low user amount. The link page is a complete copy of the ouo.io script but it's ok. There are some adult ads from runative, which have $0.06 CPM, I don't think owner can pay.

thank you ofr sharing this shrotner links site with us but I guess there is a lot of other comapnies that give more cpm than 10$ I came across with one give 20$ in the forum
