This sounds really promising, but do you have any idea how this actually works? I run quite a popular Twitter channel which relies heavily on external links, but I wouldn't want to be sending my followers to anything shady, or for their details to be unknowingly grabbed up by companies.

I tried looking into how this sort of site uses your link clicks/can afford to payout, but I couldn't find anything, just people offering referrals. Do you have any ideas?

Better don't post your shrinked links on Twitter, this program is good if you have some sites related to downloads stuff.
That's just like ad.fly. My one concern with this is; how many of us have something that's made for others to download? We're not exactly famous, we don't create games or mods for games; there's not much we could utilize with this. I see how it would be good if people constantly visit your content, but for the majority, not much can be done. I could be wrong, but I don't know if anyone in this forum could utilize this.

Rаtеs

It hаs prеtty muсh mоdеrаtе – gооd pаyоut rаtеs, соnсеrning tо thе fасt thаt it pаys multiplе timеs fоr singlе uniquе visitоr.
Whаt hаppеns in mоst оf thе url shоrtnеrs thаt it pаys singlе timе fоr а singlе visitоr sо if а pеrsоn visits 3-4 urls undеr yоur ассоunt yоu оnly gеt pаid оnсе – it's tоtаlly insаnе.

My main concern here is the following key phrase "We pay for ALL legitimate visitor (...)". How does one tell the difference between a legitimate and illegitimate user, from their point of view? Based on this very specific phrase, they could ban absolutely everyone in case they bring "illegitimate" users to the respective link. I think I'll pass, but hey, great share for the ones that can bring "legitimate users", ha! :)

Means no bot traffic, no fake traffic, they know when your traffic is legit or not, that's it.
You wanna increase your clicks with fake traffic go ahead and expect to be banned from the network at payout or sooner.

Yeah, I do get that, don't get me wrong... I promoted for various sites of this type in the past and I have my fair share of knowledge. However, whenever I see sites taking care to mention this very specific this, I instantly avoid them since they could ban you if they don't like the traffic you bring, be it "fake" or "legit", it doesn't matter; that was my initial point. And people should also take in account that this money-making method isn't worth if they're planning to promote the link manually. I've worked for a site in the past which, through means unknown to me even up to this point in time, could determine whether you'd bring traffic through manual or "bulk" promotion, and they would have suspended your activity had they found you did the former.

You'll see this particular mention on every program like this because they encounter lots of members trying to cheat the system, bringing fake traffic. I see nothing wrong with that!

They do not suspend accounts that sends legit traffic because they lose too, believe me they are not so stupid, they simply ban user with fake traffic, That's all!

These programs are good for downloads sites if you have one and other low quality sites like movie sites and so on.

I do catch your drift there, but please try to catch mine, too. The only message I'm trying to convey here, is that there are scammers among the affiliates as much as there are among the advertisers, too. Advertisers who take time to include so many rules and exceptions to the rules are very likely to be bailing. I don't mean to say that that mention atop the payment table is unfair by any means. It's just that if you're taking more time to add rules to the system rather than improve the system itself... well, that does say something about you. :)

And trust me, the number of sites who rely on "one-time" users is astonishingly and uncharacteristically high. I'm a victim of those myself as a matter of fact.

Yeah, almost anything, including Google Adsense would have similar wording about illegal clicks

These types of links work ok on some sites sites, or on downloads... but it sucks that twitter and facebook make them nonviable. I also think it is bad for publisher that so many adfly alternatives are popping up because they pull advertisers in different directions. It is better, like adsense, if one service dominates because then you have more advertisers bidding against each other.

I just stumbled across ouo.io recently. I thought it'd be like adf.ly, but it's much cleaner. There are no annoying pop-ups or advertisements playing on their page (how do they make revenue then?).

Their rates are pretty good and there are tons of payment proofs out there. Will be keeping an eye out for this one in the future if I want to shorten my links.

IDK Why , i have a feeling it's a scam now. do you have recent payment proofs?
What happened that made you think it's a scam now? It's marked as legit and they have a good history of paying their members. Did you have a bad experience with them?

Post me a payment proof from the last 10 days and i will change my mind. if someone has a proof, post it here.
tnx in advance.

I don't use the site, but I'm curious as to why you would think that this site is now a scam. There's got to be a reason why you think it's a scam now even though it's marked legit. Did you hear some negative reviews somewhere?

A lot of places become scam After being "Legit", For example , Psl.io , I Don't wanna fall to a "Legit Scam". That's why i ask for payment proofs ,From whoever uses it.

Yes, that happens, but when it happens usually there are reports of negative experience. People don't just suddenly think that a legit site has stop paying for no reason. So why do you have a feeling this legit site is a scam now? You heard of negative reports or you went on the site and experienced some problems?

This site does not pay enough per every a thousand views, some of Shorten URLs websites pay more per every a thousand views like adf ly itself.
