$30 a month is not a lot to ask. In fact, most sites will pay that much. Almost all of the ones linked from the site in my sig do.

If you are into transcribing, you can make $30 in a couple of weeks or less. Try Scribie. They pay pennies for real hard work, but you would get to that $30 target for sure.

You should try PureProfile, Prolific, Octopus Group, Survey Village, Blue Jay Surveys, Opini, Purkle, Quest Mindshare, and Triaba. I don't rate all of those you listed very highly but I do consider Toluna to be pretty excellent. However all of those I cited pay double to triple what Toluna pays per minute.

As I said it depends based on your demography. Some sites are not available to international users. Like I have a wider choice while I live in Australia (including Octopus and live Tribe) but my choice is limited to lesser sites while living in India.

I am from the Philippines? Any idea where can i earn $50 or more in a month? Survey sites takes long to cash out based on my experience.

I think post loop is some what hard and more time consuming for posting in the postloop forums. It is giving very small amount for posting and finally we will get the aggregate of more than 20$ after a long days.
