There are some major whales in the crypto world and some of them are making transaction on a daily basis and this does influence the market a lot. But recently there has been an anonymous crypto trader who has moved in excess of 69 thousand bitcoin from a bitcoin address on the darknet. This place on the darknet had recently becomes very well known for the attempts at hacking here.

Do you think that perhaps this bitcoin could have been moved in order to protect it and keep it safe from hacks? Or do you think that perhaps it was a hack that has stolen this bitcoin and has made the transfer?

One thing is definitely certain though - a large move like that of such a great number of bitcoin is bound to cause a stir in the market and the market will definitely be affected to a certain extent.

Yeah I agree with you that such movement will definitely affect the market in no little way, we can't be certain about the aim of the movement though. But I think it might be for safety of it though

Ofcourse Safety should be the reason behind this huge movements of Bitcoin to an exchange site. Either from hackers or from security check

Damn! Such a huge figure. We in the moment of crypto hackers and scammers. Don't know why crypto developers are not really concerned about it's security.

Well, thinking about the fact that this maneuver was performed through Darknet, I suppose there was some hacker behind it. Furthermore, it is absolutely not something small, the amount moved!
Also in my opinion, this could have repercussions on the crypto market.

There are lots of activities in the darknet like buying bitcoin at cheaper rate and other exchanges, it is possible it was moved for another deal or for safety reasons.

Ok, I see. So sometimes, from what you are telling me, the darknet is not always used for non-benevolent purposes.
Did I understand correctly?
Thank you.

The laxity of security measures is the real cause of issues like this. Developers are always in a hurry to make their money same with site owners

This has exposed crypto platformsto hackers. They have the upper hand since they're not checkmated. It's really sad.

Silknroad wallet, is it the dark web wallet, wheres the bitcoin worth 1billion dollar moved. Hmm, bitcoin is both a high risk and high profit investment, but it is sad that it is not backed by a strong security system, it is not the 1st time the hackers hack crypto currencies.

It is called the dark web because anything dubious is possible on this part of the internet. Although it is also possibly the most private part of the internet as most web accessories for tracking and harvesting data are not supported. So who is to say whether the Bitcoin transfer was from a hack or if it was just from a wallet owner who above all else wants to protect his anonymity

In my opinion, this amount of BTC was moved for purely security reasons and to keep the assets of this whale safe.
I also share your opinion in this. I would hate to think that some hacker found his way into someone else's wallet again since that has become quite possible now.
