oh and i tested it with 3x , you do count 3 views per ip as mentioned on site ?
Because @AlDocTHorXJ is saying "I advise to remove the line "Upto 3x views from the same visitor is counted" from your site. It's misleading. "
This got me thinking about that 30% count .

probably thats why cause then it would be correct since they would be counting similar to 90% of 1 IP views but when i tested it on the day it got an official thread i was getting a count of 2 per IP

thank you @Oke.io for increasing the rates but i have one problem , i tested your short url ; why is it that your counting is so bad , only 30~35% gets counted . @AlDocTHorXJ you too can confirm it. The cross over rate is impressive 80-88% i.e. i send 150 unique visitors & i see 120 are able to solve the links so the site is easy for visitors but the count rate is bad only 30~35% i.e. out of those 120 only 36 are counted in dashboard , certainly there cant be 70% adblock users as i get 70~80% count rate in other shortners.

No, we are counting every visitors from the start never changed the setting..

No, we never counted 2per IP it's just a text which you mentioned yesterday
