News update available from primetime news Nigeria as stated that the data collated by chainnalysis on 2020 global Crypto currencies adoption index, Nigerla is ranked to be competing with countries like US, Ukraine, Kenya, China and Russia where Crypto currencies adoption us very significant.

This has prompted the Security exchange commission to Nigeria to encourage the Crypto currency market on ethical and efficient trading acitivites.
The commission is to regulate all innovations, hinged on safety market deepening and provides solutions to problems.

This is signal that Nigeria is on the track to legalise Crypto currencies fully soon.

I guess that enabling environment my be the only problem in this whole scenario. There is nothing bad in these regulations in places where the system truly works.
That's true, when the system work effectively the people will also put themselves in a better to help the system work. I hope government support this sector.

Nigeria is surprisingly improving on a very fast rate to be honest, that's a lot of progress for an african country! i noticed that cryptocurrency is becoming a daily thing in their lives which is really good, i hope the rest of the african countries do the same

Crypto currencies continue to grow in Nigeria as the country the African countries. I wouldn't be surprised to see a big Nigerlan owned Crypto Exchange plaform like the Binance.

The pinkoin project is not something lots of people to rely on , if they are real ,they don't need to do any market they should send people their money through the bank in order to obey the Crypto protocol.
I think that pinkoin by inksnation is being promoted by creating the market where pinkoin is accepted for payment. This is not uncommon because they are trying to give pinkoin acceptability among merchants. Soon the market can become a shopping mall where you can buy anything using pinkoin, thus creating a demand for pinkoin.

If this is there intention they shouldn't have promised people of rewarding them this soon, I don't think the pin coin is listed in any of the famous Exchange platforms.

This is very sad news to us .this is yet another strategy that the government of the country wants to use to extort money from the citizens. I think we need to voice out our opinion .

I don't see it as anything sad or backwardness , the government will definitely look for a way to make money from the people using the Crypto currency services through regulations.

The pinkoin market is the place of exchange. I don't think pinkoin is yet to be listed on any exchange, so for the present there is an inability to convert it to fiat currency.

The Exchange of pincoin in the pin coin market has not been successful so far in my country they now give excuses of pandemic in which social distance is not maintained.

Soon, lots of countries will do the same and that's because block chain technology and cryptocurrencies are growing super fast lately. This is the future and many countries will recognize that
I will have to totally agree with you. I like that a lot of countries are trying in now and doing the most for the crypto world. This regulation will hp in the near future

Trust me , the fees will be very high that one may be discouraged from it , especially the small investors who makes little profit from their Investment.

I thought they operate like adding more interest to your invested amount after a certain period of time , and this gives you more income , i never knew they are like that because of the way someone explained to me

I'm not yet a pinkoin user so I cannot say that I know much about their operations, a friend of mine is a user and in December 2020 there was a food market organized that had merchants accepting pinkoin for payments.

Looks like Nigeria is one of the first nations to actually try and attempt to regulate cryptocurrencies. I wonder if they will succeed. And what's the intention behind it.

Well, all the moves have been halted now as there's a total ban of Bitcoin and crypto currency on my country by the apex bank. I wonder what the authority is thinking

A lot has changed in the Nigerian Bitcoin community, rather than regulating the federal government went ahead to ban it outrightly putting a dent a lot of youths plans

Well now the Countrymen would be able to buy products from their wish list without letting the banks now and avoiding steep taxes and currency conversions tbh

I have not seen the possibility of this you mentioned because peer to peer is the only way out for Nigerians to run cryptocurrency transactions at the moment.
