What is NiceHash?
NiceHash is the largest crypto-mining marketplace according to the website with statistics like: 600,000+ active daily workers or miners, 250,000+ daily active NiceHash miner users and 2 million + orders served. Before they're just crypto currency hash power broker but now they have integrated a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of hashing power using the sharing economy approach.

Company Behind
The company operating this crypto currency marketplace is named H-bit, d.o.o. with physical address at Radvanjska cesta 128, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. The company is owned by Martin Škorjanc,CEO (Chief Executive Officer) , who is the father of Matjaž Škorjanc who is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of Nicehash, a father and son tandem, so NiceHash we can say is family-owned business with VAT ID of SI: 28401280 and Company No.of 6633994000.

Technical Specifications:
They got their domain name registered on 2014 from Godaddy, LLC, using Domains By Proxy, LLC for the domain whois anonymity services and using the DDOS attack protection services from Cloud Flare, Inc.

Making Money
You need to mine so those with old accounts with the old version need to specify on their login page that they have their own old account so it can be transferred to the new platform with integrated market place. You may also refer sellers or buyers on their marketplace. In order for you to mine, you need to have either an intel motherboard or an NVIDIA graphics card or preferably both of them installed hardwares on your computer. You need to install both an image (.img) file sized at 528 mb and the flash tool. Nicehash now has been converted into an entire operating system that is contained in the .img tool choose one that is compatible with your operating system. It is easily installed if you have a flash drive which has a size of at least 2gb for the optional .temp files that will be saved on it. You can mine bitcoin, bitcoin cash, etherium, ripple, litecoin, zcash, dash, stellar, eos, tether, bitcoin SV, chainlink, BAT, zrx, hot, omiseGO, and the latest crypto-currency added is Augur. From start of default, your buyer account is disabled and you need to enable it with verification link that will be sent to your email address.

PROS and CONS:

PROS:

- It's still a pool that accepts free workers or miners.

CONS:

- If you plan to mine serious amount of crypto currencies you have to rent a VPS - virtual private servers.

- Finding such vps that allows GPU mining is quite difficult not during the old days where their mining accepts cpu mining and you can run it on your computer.

- GPU mining only

- Minimum of 2GB for the ram of VPS and minimum 30gb space

Looks interesting but will it heat up your pc? Mining software often heat up any pc so i dont want to take the risk. By the way, how much do you earn a day with it with your pc's specs?

The profitability calculator says that my earnings for mining cryptocurrencies with NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti are these:

Per day
0.00020335 BTC
0.87 USD

Per Week
0.00181321 BTC
7.77 USD

Per Month
0.00745368 BTC
31.94 USD

Good earning, but I use different method to connect, Mobile/Laptop/Desktop as I cannot be online from one source every time. So I have to make up which one should I use.

Thanks for that. Is there anyone who receive payment? I want to try but i need to know if this is legit. Thank you very much for your answers.

Good morning. Can anyone help me with some information about that error after i start the mining application ?
I have attached photo of error. Tha k you.

Nicehash was down for meintenance, and it is back again. This was even mentioned by Nicehash staff by their twitter account. Their payout is not effected with raise of cryptocurrency price.

Your error isn't anything to worry about. I get the same. Sometimes it's due to how much virtual memory you have compared to ram or what not, but if you're collecting btc just ignore it.

I have GTX 660 I download their software but it's give me error of my card i dont know how to fix this and also I think this is good site for seperate gpu mining rig.

660 card might be too old to mine. Power consumption maybe higher than what you can earn. You might try setting it up via nicehashminer legacy, but I'm not sure which cards are supported.

According to nicehash's site:
NVIDIA

Supports desktop GPUs with CUDA Compute capability 5.0 and above (check your GPUs Compute capability here). Tested and works with gaming GPUs, non-gaming and mobile GPUs might work correctly or with degraded performance or not at all.

There are no plans to support GPUs that have CUDA Compute capability below 5.0.

Unfortunately your card's capability is a 3 so well below the 5 rating needed to work with their software.

I download the software but there is not my card name in their card list I think this is waste of time for me to run with GTX 660 the mining rig is better than this.

This is quite interesting and worth earnings but I wish to know if we are to buy the software or download it for free before mining.

Demand of nicehash is higher, power consumption will cost more than you earn; it also requires a device with higher memory. Normal use of it probably won't do much.

I average about 0.0002 -0.0005 BTC a day ($2-5 a day) with the nicehash miner from my gtx 1080ti.

I don't recommend buying the mining power unless you really know the numbers for all the daily altcoin rates. Most times you will lose money if you buy mining power vs your investment.

The site have been hacked
According to a news website (from romania) the attackers stole 4.736,42 BTC (64 million dollars) !!

If you go to nicehash.com you will see that the website is online but everything is shut down for investigations .
My suggestion is to not hold high amount of bitcoin on exchanging ,mining website unless is a wallet dedicated website.
Even so, the hardware wallets are best secure option.
If you have account on this website, it is recommended ,when the website is back, to change your login password asap.

So, the news indeed is true. Nicehash is legit and seemed safe yet it was attacked, it means investing large amount is not really safe at all, especially hackers are rampant that even big companies are easily attacked.

So glad to see your positive review about nicehash, its influencing me to join this legit earning platform, how many times you get paid from here?
