Hello everyone. Im still new here and i need your help to advice me in making a website.

So me and my friend are planning to make a fansub/anime download website and we already have written a code for our website, but the problem is we dont have any experience at hosting the web nor monetizing it. and since our website content maybe kinda have a "copyright" problem in it we probably need a non restricted way to monetize it. So please help me with

1. Provider for hosting our website and hopefully wont care about our content or unrestricted about it

2. An ad network that can provide an ads for this kind of website (most of my country website have like a casino and betting site ads)

3. a link shortener that give a good profit for our web

4. Any advice for hosting this kind of website it self

As a note in my country we not really highly restricted for this kind of website yet. so there is a bunch of this kinda things in our country already.
But we really dont have any source of information of this kinda thing yet. thank you very much if you can help us.

no hosting will accept it but you can try ovh, because you can have a chance to not get taken down, for shortener I recommend bitfly & illink and ad network propeller

Offshore hosting for sure if you want to host copyrighted content and not get taken down, and any host that accept adult content wont take down your type of content in my experience. For ad try Plugrush + Popcash. I don't know which shortlink is good, but try to find shortlink that is easy to solve, like adshort for example.

PopAds is most often used on movie sites. Network accept new sites and it has very low payout 5$ for PayPal. I use it before while I had many sites. You need to wait about 48hours for site approval, but often you get it within few hours. Better qualtiy of text, better rates.

I can't help wondering what country you're from, the restrictions seems to be pretty stiff. Although I can't advice you on web hosting as I know very little about the topic myself, but I'll advice that you create a kind of website approved by your country's regulations, you don't want to get into trouble when it is discovered by your government that you run an illegal type of website, from the image I've painted about your country, I'm convinced that discovery will mean some jail time

The website hosting company that I will advise you to use is interserver. After I have tried some web hosting company I have decided to choose this website hosting as the best because I never have any issue with them.
Also I will not advise you to use paid url shortner because it will make you lose visitors.

You might be in the wrong forum for such kind of site, since the people above me have 0 knowledge about online laws and how to avoid them.

You should go for Offshore Hosting. The best Provider for this will be Shinjiru, since they also host a LOT of .onion Websites and really don't give a *uck about what you do on their Servers. You can register using a Fake Name and pay with Bitcoin to stay somewhat anonymous while registering.

Nah shorteners pay a lot more than downloads usually but it depends on how much the user is willing to go through to access the content. In some situations its probably best to scrap it because yeah it does drive away some visitors
