You just need to look at their whitepaper/roadmap. Most of them don't have any and turn scam.

I'm using Binance chain wallet. You can use Metamask but you gotta change the Mainnet and manually add BSC.

Ye, I did that, he said that he sent it, but it doesnt appear on Metamask, I added bsc manually.
I wonder, maybe he sent it to my Binance adress, because I paid fee from that account?
Or do they send it to adress provided in telegram?

Well, you can go to https://bscscan.com/token/0x9fa13e11ab0556d66aa13bccaed9ddd116e75f61 then click on the loop

then put your address, check if it's there.
