This is an online E-Currency exchange platform based in United Kingdom.

This platform accepts Fiat e-currencies like AUD, CAD, EUR, USD, RUB, GBP, JYP, KRW and Crypto currencies like BTC, BCH, DASH, DOGE, ETH, LTC, XRP, XMR, XVG, ZEC and Tether. These currencies are used to exchange virse a virse.

Every currency have maximum and minimum deposit limit for any transaction at a time. Their commission is 0.5%, they indicate a fixed price for all exchanges which includes all fees.

KYC/AML is required if Fiat currency is used in this platform, but not mandatory of only crypto is used.

They also have promotions, for example 1000 satoshi for retweeting (if retweeted by real account with 500+ followers.

cons is the verification on fiat exchange can be hectic if rejected an commission is crazy high on fiat and hidden

i feel its 30-40%(didn't do calculation just judging from what i paid to received)
and no referrals or affiliate

but non the less its legit, been using for a couple of months

I checked that they do not have any cancellation feature, one transaction made, it is made under their ToS
They have 3 level affiliate program information in their FAQ.
By your experience it shows they are not following their own rules.

never seen the affiliate program. you can cancel order but message support.

my issue with them when i first tried it was the verification and kyc. and it got refunded in 2weeks, just because my phone camera was nonsense and can't upload directly. then there is the commissions as well

Referral program is informed in their website's FAQ section, but if they do not have it, then they give wrong information in FAQ, here is screenshot -

You should ask support abour your ref link if there is really such program.
