I don't think this website is legit because there are claims on the homepage of the website which doesn't look like even near to the reality.

Like they have updated that we can earn up to $95 per Ad click, paying 15 % for our referral spending, 7 % of referral's daily earnings. Other things may seem reasonable but paying $95 per click is a little too much.

There is $ 80.5, but for this you have to reach 11 groups and have at least 6,500,000 BAPs, and this is not very easy.

They say in their Term of Service they will stop paying:

12.1. Bonus Ad Points is just a bonus And MyDigAds is not obliged to give it or to convert it.

Not a total scam because they are honest, but not a long term paying site at all.

Still, a scam rating they deserve.

The site doesn't have payment proofs or a forum like other PTCs. They seem to have copied paidverts' idea of "bonus ad points" which is just to confuse the user and encourage investment.

I would not recommend investing a big amount because the site is still new and will turn into a scam very soon.
