I use WordPress when I decided to launch a particular plugin then Everything shattered and I can't access a lot of contents in my site

Man, at least read the first message first won't ya. His website is down, most likely because of an offline server or the server is under maintenance. A website being down usually has nothing to do with links or any other aspect of SEO. Unless, said website dealing with illegal material like piracy site with free download or something.
