My paypal account was limited due to violating some of their terms causing my funds to be locked up to 180 days.
I admit the products i've sold clearly violated the rules.

I created another paypal using a different card.

I'm looking for an alternative where I can transfer my new paypal funds to my bank.

something like skrill? payoneer?

Skrill requires verification but after you pass them you ok, Payoneer is better in my opinion. Check their fees, because fees vary locally from what I see.

If you can get your Skrill account verified, I will advise you opt for Skrill, payooner is also good bmf you will be receiving large amount with it such that the charges won't have much effect on your earnings

I would recommend to use bitcoin as an alternative to PayPal, try coins.ph, I'm using it and never encounter an issue, but due to the strict policy you need to send a valid ID

I would recommend, Skrill or you can also go for Netellar, both have low fee and you can easily transfer your funds but you need to verify your account to increase the limits beyond 150 Dollars.

I hope i can transfer funds from paypal without a card linked to my paypal. And I will be receiving multiple payments from different paypal accounts.

I work in a market where paypal is one of the 2 options available for check out.

I hope Payoneer does not act the same way as paypal, they should be happy we lend them money.

I'd recommend stripe and payoneer. The reason being payoneer is being accepted in places where you are planning to use paypal. And the stripe is good for the payment gateway on the product and services. I think payoneer and transferwise can be a good option for those who are looking to finance their business.

After PayPal I think the next good option is payooneer. So you can go with it. It safe and secure too but you should first check their fees if it is what you will really want to work with.

hello, face the same problems and skrill is good but its only allow to withdraw money to my country, hope to look into Payoneer ? but are they support to pay in online buying as PayPal?

Both Skrill and payoneer are good though of you want to withdraw directly to bank account of your local currency, payooneer charges are less compare to Skrill.

I have only used skrill , and I can tell you that it has high transaction fee , and high withdrawal fee . you can only withdrawal in skrill with a lesser fee , if the amount you are withdrawing is high .

Or you sell it to exchangers while.you get paid in your local currency , that was I did when I was using it to recieve funds from my online earnings.

Just download atomic wallet. No need to KYC. Doing KYC for a crypto wallet is not very smart.

Doing KYC is not a bad idea because it for the safety of both the coin holder and the wallet owner as it is easy for verification of eventualities.
Why would you verify? All you need for a crypto wallet is just a seed. All they do is save the seed for you. You really gave your passport just so they save 12 words for you?
12 words btw, that they can use to take your funds.
https://www.quora.com/What-is-a-see...t=are 24 words.-,A,where the funds are stored.

"Anybody that gains access to your seed phrase can steal your funds, so it must be kept extremely safe."
I trust myself more than some random company.
So you give your seed and your passport for something that you can get from multiple free, trusted NON KYC wallets.

If you want something simple try Coinomi or Atomic wallet. Both are trusted and dont ask for KYC. Just store your seed safe. Both have reviews here on beermoneyforum.

I think you are not getting something here .wallets that allows you to transfer fund to your local currency needs kyc verification . this is what they will use to exempt themselves in case of fraud within an account .
The account holder will be traced based on the kyc details .

I have read article via the link you sent but I couldn't find how passport can use to track onces wallet and still funds . I am currently using coinomi so I am not new to the wallet , it is legit no doubt.

I think the passport if it was an international passport can be used to track the address owner through the local security in cases of fraud .

Payeer is the closest alternative you can use, but, did you mind waiting for the 180 days to expire ? if you are lucky enough that you attached your local bank account with your paypal's, then you will be able to withdraw what you got freezed

just to be honest, i used a virtual credit card to verfy my paypal acount and my paypal is connected to my local bank account. i dont say it is safe or not and recommend you to do so, but it is just what i did
