Than how we will make backlinks? I mostly done it using forums and comments on forums. Where we can post link so it can be count? Only social media?

So are you suggesting to find pages that forums, and articles, receive most their organic traffic from and then visit those pages and make comments on it so that you can siphon off some of that traffic?
