fixed my problem the suport of prokbun.com helped me :)

Too bad.You need to change the host or service providers.There are avalanche of website host that can give you 99% up time

Make sure that the DNS settings are correct. If the domain is registered and the DNS settings are correct, then it's possible that there is a problem with the server that is hosting the website. Check with your hosting provider to see if there are any known issues or outages.
