Today, Mozilla has announced the job termination of its 250 workers. These workers are part of its commercial division, the Mozilla Corporation. The failing revenue caused by this pandemic is cited as the main cause of this layoff. Mot only that, Mozilla will also shuttering its organization's activity in Taipei, Taiwan.

that's sad to hear that they lost some serious number of workers, especially in the commercial division, not only that, but their recent updates also didn't include some bug fixes (for some reason that nobody knows), that's why i started using chrome again

This is a sad news, I sympatise with those that lost their jobs in this pandemic period. But above all, this is why getting a skill during this period is betteroff than any job right now, because more and more people are loosing their jobs recently, where will they start from? My candid advice is that, everyone should get a skill or two as a side business that can generate a residual income for you as you hold on to your jobs so as tnot to be frustrated or hopeless should in case, you loose your job, you can always fall back on your side business and do it full and have your life back

Oh, this is bad news for the users of Mozilla Firefox and I am one of them. Even before the pandemic Mozilla was already soliciting for donations because the company is experiencing lack of funds. Now with the pandemic I hope they can survive with the little funds that they have.

This is actually a very bad news and I am particularly surprised that big technology companies like this are affected. Is just goes a long way to tell you exactly how the pandemic is affected businesses in a lot of way. I just pray that a permanent solution should be discovered very soon and then these people should find new job.

Mozilla is one of the oldest and also biggest technology companies in the world and I am particularly more surprised that it has been hit very bad by the pandemic that it has to lay off this amount of employees. I wish them the best in the future and I hope that this issue is going to be resolved very soon or maybe receive a government fund.
