Not yet, but i have seen some payment proos here, it should be combinations of moondoge, moonlitecoins, moonbit and bitfun for more free satoshi. I was nit able to collect regularly because of the bad connections of my internet. Sometimes captchas wont load properly on moondoge/litecoins/bit, the easy site to claim for me is bitfun.

Yes, on each site; but if you do not use a CoinPot.co account, you do not have to claim (withdraw). The earnings are sent automatically on Saturday if you have reached the minimum threshold.
For Bitcoin, minimum amount is 25,000 satoshi.
