The service is definitely legitimate. They encourage VPN use as seen in their Tips PDF here. You just download apps and use them for a minimal amount of time, basically you have to use the app long enough for whatever tracker service to register. It doesn't really work if you've previously downloaded the apps, but sometimes they do. It is for iOS and Android. I'm not usually one to try to upsell a service but I'm super happy with $45 in 10 days ($10 more on the way) just for downloading free apps. Once you cash out, you can't cash out again until the payment is processed (3-10 days).

Can your Mobile is rooted or Jailbreaked. If it is so, it's causing the error you are getting.

No it isn't,never rooted my phone even when I had too but I still resisted the urge,so I don't know what could be the problem.I don't know how to go about installing these new apps but definitely it can be rooted problem but don't know what you mean by jailbreaked

In Android you can Root your device. And in Apple iOS you can Jailbreak your device.
Jailbreak is similar like root but it's for Apple iOS.

This is so awesome! $40 in 10days is so amazing. i have one question though. so, it is encourage to use vpn but which vpn is suitable for this app? since some vpn every time you connect the ip will be different and as well the country. any tips which vpn can be use?
