Have you tried parking this domain with SEDO or ParkingCrew? Maybe it has good cost per click even traffic is pretty low.

Also have you tried redirecting this traffic to ytz.com - international performance network?

Is it 50 uniqe users of you have constant users everyday? Depends od what traffice and website theme, you should choose monetization type.

I think,try to bring more visitors to your domain,if you want to sell it a higher price.Though if you pay for advertising,I don't how,if it will do any good to your domain,because the buyer may see it,and maybe he wants natural,organic traffic.I think any buyer wants this type of traffic.

Check you visitor stats with detail. Determine from where they came, check keywords, put some pool to ask gender, years, how they find you. After that, try find best way to monetize.

It would be good to bring many visitors from social media platforms,this would be the cheaper way.Though you have to pay attention,not to do too much spamming.It would be good,if you would have many friends,who could share with other groups of friends.

Not sure would it be ok for your niche or no but you can try to find a tool that would be good for you: content locker, link locker, display ads or something like that. Good luck!

I think you need some content for this to convert. I think domain if it has some landing page with some product to sell. Then yes even the small traffic would help. But long term that can be something many among us have to pay attention to. I am not sure how that would work out for everyone though.
