What is Monday.com
Monday.com is a cloud based solution for business, organization etc on management, marketing, team work, workflow and other issues. The headquarters of Monday.com is located at Tel Aviv, Israel.

HISTORY
Monday.com was established in 2012 as 'Dapulse', it was changed from 'Dapulse' to 'Monday' on 2014. Monday.com also has international offices in New York, Miami, San Francisco (USA), London (United Kingdom), and Sydney (Australia).

HOW IT WORKS
To start this program, a user have to click on "Get Started" button and enter email, or sign-up via social accounts, such as Google or Slack or LinkedIn. The platform of Monday.com is also available for IOS $ Android devices. Users can download it either from the official website, or from respective mobile stores.

SUPPORT
Customer support is available for 24/7; apart from this, the platform offers document based supportive features such as pre-made blogs, knowledge-base articles, tutorials by videos and podcasts, guide columns by founders of the program; they also provide Webinars on a daily basis.

PLANS
There are four plans - Basic, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise, plans are available on monthly and yearly billing. Every higher plan includes more features along with all the features of the lower plan. Every plan has some attracted features, for example even basic plan have unlimited board and free viewers. However, more features for higher plan means, lower plans do not have some features in comparing the higher plan; for example some features like dedicated support managers, 99.9% uptime SLA, Analytics & Reporting etc are only available in Enterprise plan.

REFUND
Money-back policy allows users to get refund, this is available only for yearly plan, and is applicable if a customer is unsatisfied after 30-days of use. Platform will refund the rest of amount (excluding the monthly use) on request.

FREE-TRIAL
Users are provided a 'test before you pay' type of feature with a 14-days free trial. The PRO is that, there is no credit/debit card needed to apply for free trial, however, the CON is that, this software is hard to understand in 14 days; this trial period is only applicable for those who are familiar with such management software / applications.

FREE VERSION / DISCOUNT
Monday.com has a friendly approach towards students and Non Profit Organisations. Although other users have to pay for the service beyond the free-trail period, however, students/NPO can apply for free use or discount; the final decision is taken by the network management. Other users can get 18% discount, but only if they apply for an annual plan.

AFFILIATE
Monday.com also has an affiliate program under which affiliates earn 25% commission for each customer. The platform provides data tracking tool and chat feature with support to help affiliates. The Limit of this program is that, such commission is only for the first year of referred client.

LEGAL
This platform is governed by the Laws of Israel and all jurisdictions come under the court of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

PAYMENT

• For Payment : - Users have wide range of choice to pay for purchasing of a plan, platform accepts PayPal e-processor; it also accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Carte Bleue, Union Pay; however, only credit cards are accepted, debit cards are excluded.
• For Withdrawal: - Affiliates are allowed to withdraw their commission monthly via PayPal or Stripe e- gateways.
