Everyone wants to join forex and earn. And there's reason to it. There is no other platform which provides as much as the convenience as provided by forex market.

But when we talk about minors, specially below age of 16, are they really allowed to trade in forex? Most of the brokers don't allow people below the age of 18. Though it depends upon broker to broker. But age really matters while registration. It is better to look our for their terms before applying for it.

I don't think it is ethical (considering the risks) for a minor to trade no matter how smart he is. As much as it is done online, strict measures should be put in place to avoid minors trading.
That is definately true minor can learn but I dont think that they can trade that is far more risky, their skills and knowledge and understanding may not really be enough for them to trade and make profit so they need to grow and learn more to be able to trade.

I also think that trading is risky, but I don't think it depends upon the age factor. If a minor has the knowledge and skill of trading, then why not to start trading and make own profit.

Minor can trade but a minor means that they don't have enough knowledge and responsibility as a person. Even though some of minors have more knowledge than an adult person, the majority in not. Minors can always get in trouble in trading. Some maybe just like to fit in their society so they do trading but not knowing much.
Obviously because the miners are more vulnerable to get caught in the risk. They are not able to take decision from because of their invention year,

Minors are not allowed to trade because we need to think and invest on something to get profits it is risky so if minors are allowed then it will change their mindset at the age

I think most brokers have a good reason as to why they do not allow minors to trade with them. Forex or crypto trading involves very high risks and so one should in a place where they can make crucial investment decisions. Most minors are not old or financially wise enough to make such decisions.

There's no rule that says minors can't trade. As long as they have funds and some knowledge they can do whatever they want. But it's best to trade with knowledge and knowledge doesn't just come with age

I think it's possible, if you want to pass the broker verification then we can use the parents' data or we can look for a broker that doesn't require verification, for example instaforex, so in my opinion under 18 years old can still trade, but must be guided properly and correctly
I wouldn't suggest trading in forex to someone below the age of 18. I mean, it's even in itself absurd. Infact whoever that doesn't know the pain of making money shouldn't be allowed to venture into forex trading.

And I guess that many brokers won't allow traders to Signup having age under 18. Mostly it depends upon broker to broker, but it is sure that almost90% of the brokers have this rule in place.

And I think there is totally nothing wrong with such rule. It's someone who actually knows the truth about making money that should be allowed into the forex business.

Yeah mate, the age restriction is a barrier, but minors who have great knowledge about trading and want to do it, can open account in the name of their parents and start.

Yeah there are platforms which don't allow minors to trade , they feel they are not emotionally strong to handle loss on trading assets , so they stop such

And that is if their parents would allow such thing , because some parents would not want their child to be affected emotionally after loosing a lot from trading

They said that age doesn't matter but when it comes to trading I oppose it. It's too risky for minors despite the knowledge they have and especially if they have no guardians to guide them.

Learning about trading at a younger age is good. After spending a few years, the person can begin when the time is right. Trading should be done by adults. Learning is for all.

I am right there with you. These set of people don't have what it takes to regain focus after suffering maybe from a loss despite the knowledge that they might have acquired.

Yeah, those below the age of 18 should venture into trading. This stage I think, is best for acquiring as much knowledge as possible about the trading business and also make a bit practice maybe through the use of a demo account

I don't even recommend them at all , because after learning through a demo account , they would be really tempted to try more on a real account , that is why I dont recommend it

Well I actually meant "shouldn't venture into trading". And as for the demo account, learning about forex sometimes do take year(s) to get all the necessary gist. So before they could be through mastering their skills through demo account and gaining also some theoritical knowledge, then they will be likely of age by then.
