According to coindesk , Minespot a popular cryptocurrency mining company claims that they are about to open the biggest minng farm in Siberia which will become the highest mining farm in Russia .
They further reveal that the venue for building the farm will be the Dam located at Boguchany and that the boiler house and the building there will be used as well .

The dam can be used to generate electricity for the Mining activity . Thus it will be plus for them as they won't pay for electricity consumption .

This is really good and i think if they don't pay for electricity they would make more profit from making , because those miners usually pay huge cash for mining

The geographic location of a mining site defines the level of profit that it will be able to produce, I assume that they chose this site for reasons that it will be more profitable and they will obtain more profits.

I dont think the geographic location would have influence on the mining level , because the mining level is determined on the rate of electricity and mining rig used
