This shortener didn't pay for Very long time , so i am in doubt it's even going to think about it. i wouldn't recommend the shortener.

I know the owner and what he told me in our last FB chat was that he don't have CC anymore to use with his PP and he don't have money to pay his publishers. He was honest with me, but still owes me 3 times more than he paid me. :) For now, do not use it!

Yes, also he sells his shortener so if anybody is interested you can make him offer at his FB page. But he will sell the site with all scammed publishers, I asked him if he can pay them and then sell it, but again he said he don't have the money. :)
