A dynamic system would always act and react to developing it's software and domain with time to meet the needs and demands of the public,it's imperative to see how far this will bring positive feed back.

They need to do more for the good of their users. Let hope they will keep to their part of the bargain by the quoted time. Everyone deserves a better service from them

the right to repair is great. its not only is about computers, micro soft, apple, smart phones, etc. it also includes tractors ( john deere is the worst ), toasters, micro waves, refrigerators, freezers, etc., basically anything electronic now a days. we the consumer have the right to choose who should be able to repair our product, not be forced top use the company who produced the product, they are usually the most expensive & offer the worst customer service. so if you ever have the chance to support the right to repair law, do it. it benefits everybody.

I have always seen it as very unfair that phone manufacturing companies are going to make their customers to pay very huge amount of money for their product and then also trying to rip them off whenever they need replacement or repairs. I just hope that they are going to keep to their word and make it more easier for people.

I think that this is an important development because if they are able to repair something then you should be able to get a lot more people that will be interested in the product as well because there is support for it for many years into the future as well. This would give them peace of mind.

A lot of people have already been displaying their displeasure about how the big technological companies are always wanting to have a monopoly and not try to give out some things that is naturally difficult for them to do to other small companies. It is very unfair that you will have to spend outrageous amount of money before you can be able to fix simple things on your mobile phone like the screen or the charging port.
