When you are developing your cryptocurrency exchange there are many points that you have to consider apart from the advertising and the use of the exchange. You have to consider the country and the legal implications of it as well. In a recent news development it seems that Mexico has come across 12 cryptocurrency exchanges that were operating illegally from within the country. It is apparently alleged that this is as a result of the Jalisco drug cartel, however these allegations have not been confirmed. What do you think about this development? Do you think that such news like this gives cryptocurrency a bad name and could halt and stunt its growth?

Well , I think the exchanges affected failed on their part . They failed to work towards being able to identify with the Regulators, the government have right to sue them

I agree with you and i think that if exchanges are able to abide by the regulations, it will increase their user base as more people may have confidence in them. So in the long run it could work out for them.

It will help both parties. The government will be able to monitor cryptocurrency activities especially those that involves huge money transaction and the exchanges will have people's confidence

Also i think that the government will have an added benefit as well because they will likely be able to tax trades if the exchange is registered and this could help them in developing the economy.

Ofcourse it will give crypto currency usage a bad reputation. This is one reason that some countries are insisting in their bans. The tend to be more fraudulent activities and illegal use of crypto currency than others.

It truly give crypto currency s bad name and it gives the government reasons to quit the adoption of it and move to only flat use , but i noticed that despite the illegal activities that take place with cryptocurrency , lot of cases of people traced and caught are heard
