Yes that is true even facebook and twitter can heal the wound there are groups on facebook that target USA and canada so if you can advertise on those group and pages you most likely get traffic from that location

Instead you can even select the IP you want to deliver your ads to on the advertiser sites itself and they will do the rest of the work.

Everybody wants traffic from USA and Canada because their rates are better. Targeting them is not easy as you will have to do PPC marketing and direct your advert to their region which may increase your PPC cost.

You are very right. Facebook is not like before that we post links as we like and don't get ban. But nowadays we need to be careful with the ways that we post links so that we will not get banned.
That is why we only need to post in groups of the same nichie and post not more than 5 post per day
