I think it's one of the best file hosting to download. You can dowload real quick. But i can't said about hosting a file, 'cause i'm only use to download files.

To be honest, Gdrive is better. I still love Mediafire though I'm kinda disappointed to see how they're slow responding to my support ticket about a pretty serious problem that their platform has.

It's true. Gdrive is better, but Mediafire is good. I'm never been in touch with their support, so I can't complain about this topic.

Btw this is my problem with them. Even though I have uploaded more than 1gb files the storage counter is still showing me zero usage. Kinda frustrating since I don't know how much space I had left.

It's weird, but maybe it's fix itself. And other strange thing is in "Total Storage Used" is said that you use 0 kb from 3 total files.

Sadly, the problem still persists for nearly a month now. Like you can see on the screenshot above, I registered on September 1st and yet when I took those screenshots in less than an hour earlier the counter still won't move. I have tried to send two support tickets, but so far still got no response from them.

It's awkard. I know it's a difficult work, but you can calcutate for yourself the sum of files sizes until this problem is unsolved. It's not the better solution, but, at least, you can have an idea. Have your ever tried to open another test account? If the problem persists, it's the website problem. Otherwise, it's your account problem. Hope you find the solution of the problem soon.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will try it out later. Making a new account and see if the problem is still there. Too bad the support team doesn't even reply my support tickets.

I hope you find your solution. It's such a pity this service is be good, and its support bad.
