I tried their ads on my website but they don't count every impressions. Maybe they only count unique visits? They only give me cpm $0.03/1000 visits. Is their any ad network that accepts beginner webstes and count every impressions?

I don't think it has much advertisers either because I keep seeing their website banner ads and not the advertiser's banner ads. Maybe that's why they don't pay much at all.

Ok look lets be honest, you dont need a high cpm in order to earn, I can handle a 0.04$ cpm. Whats good with this site and i liked a lot is their earning potential even for people who dont own a website so becoming an affiliate would be amazing.
But ...

First of all i cant load the website from my browser anymore, maybe amonth now getting an ngnix issue, i can login from my mobile tho.
Secondly I installed their code again on my site and i was getting a redirect on every singe refresh on my mobile to a mobile application.
You have to be a very crappy person to redirect MY traffic to your ads.
IT IS A GOD DAMN BANNER AD. IF I WANTED REDIRECTS OR POP UP ADS I WOULD JUST PICK ONE .

So i dont know about the others but id say avoid at all costs such networks. This one and some others who dare to redirect MY traffic to something else .
I WANT TO SHOW BANNERS NOT POP UPS NOT MOBILE APPS .
