There are many people that ask the question on how they are able to predict the market and with a decentralized platform such as cryptocurrency there is no way that you can accurately and surely predict the price of any coin in the future. However since it is based on laws of supply and demand you are able to see the massive movements that are made and then you make an educated guess from there on where a coin is likely to go. And this is why people are so interested in whale alerts. In a recent article it seems that six hundred million ripple coins have been moved and are now locked. What do you think this will mean for this cryptocurrency coin?

Perhaps, there is accumulation of xrp going on and I wouldn't be surprised to see more whales hodling xrp because of the coin's huge potentials.
I agree with you and i think that there will be a massive rise in the price. Once people see that there is a collection or accumulation like this they start to FOMO and purchase the coin.

People are actually lock staking it , because they believe that the price have so much optimism to increase more than ever ,that is why they are holding the coin ahead of it's bullish price movement

What else could be going on than whales getting as much ripple as they can so that they can make massive gain in the future. The know the potential of it in the future

Some are staking the coin in their wallet ,so that as the price continues to surge they would be making an extra gain too ,they are really interested in the coin

This is a new information for me. Does that means that the Hoarders in Crypto space are known as "Whales"?
Yet by hoarding, they are blocking other people from benefits that they could have got in the Crypto space.

Not 'hoarding' but 'hodling' meaning holding on to their assets on a medium to long term basis. Whales are those who have a large portion of the coin in question, huge enough to move the markets depending on which direction they take, buying or selling.

Not all hoarders are whales ,the hoarders that holds a huge amount of cryptocurrency and could infulence the price the way they want are mostly whales

I have an idea to another reason for this.. maybe it's their ledger? Since the funds are locked.. similar to what i know people who owns ripple are doing at the moment.

So often these could be some companies, or individuals with a big Business.

Maybe the owner is now staking it, maybe he's just waiting for the right moment to sell off his holding. We can only guess and diversify to minimize risk.

It's not compulsory they are individual with big business ,most bought when the price was still very low and keeping till this moment are the whales
This can be quite worrisome especially when there is a handful of them. Any sell off from them could seriously crash the coin and leave retail investors with bags to hold for a long time..

This is why those small investors needs to protect their funds by learning very well ,so they don't become the culprit and lose a lot of money , because holding for a long time would be their motive since they have no other option

One thing I have learnt is to steer clear of coins growing due to hype, because when it all dies down soon enough and if you FOMO, you may end up buying at the top.

So I can also dream being a Future Whale !! 🙂
Yet first a lot of ground to cover in making good weath!
