Hey there everybody!

I am looking for websites that provide tutorials or tips for learning new programming languages, especially Javascript, as I am really interested in learning Javascript.
Please do let me know if these sites have tutorials for free or are paid.

Thanks for all the replies!

>>>try udemy & coursera!

i advice to not get straight into programming and learn algorithms first , because they are simple and well explaining how a system works and a programmed software works , then you will later find out the equivalents of algorithm terms in programming

Did you tried freeCodeCamp? They have nice tutorials, starting with html/css, gradually introduce new concepts, end fron tend curriculum with java script frameworks. Also have lots of small algoritmic problems to solve. All for free

I have been thinking of learning new language, preferably HTML/CSS
Seems like udemy is a good to start?
yes, udemy courses have everything ready from the introduction of the course to the end , but be careful some of them contains only the basics, you can give youtube a try as well

Hey there pedja, thank you for informing me about this. No, I hadn't tried but now will surely look into it and hopefully learn some new stuff, thanks!

You are welcome.
You can also check codewars or ckeck.io, lots of short funny problems to brush up your skills.

oh hello there, haha that sounds extremely interesting and I will definitely give codewars ad ckeck.io as spin, but could you tell me which programming language these two websites cover please?

Check.io was Python and I think JavaScript. CodeWars covers more than dozen languages, including JS, Python, Haskell...

Honestly, thank you so much for all this information. I will make sure to check both these sites out and hopefully try out and learn new and better programming languages.

you can go to Udemy, Coursera , Skillshare, code Acadmey , khan academy
all those sites provides some useful courses in programmation

Start with Java or Python or visual basic, the three of them are so easy and beginners friendly and will even make the other programming languages easier for you, give them a try and let me know ;)

This is true my brother, i hsve a friend who professionalized and right now he is earning lots and lots of money from it, i wish i did...

Yeah, i also have family friends who program for a company an they earn about 1k$ weekly working as freelance, its not easy but definitely worth it

Are you really serious about this right now? You mean $1k weekly? This is very good income even though i find it very hard to believe this
