I have come up with a very good idea for a website in the cryptosphere that can turn out to be very lucrative. As I lack the skills to build the website for myself and also don't have a lot of money to employ a freelancer, I am looking for a business partner who has some spare time and is capable of realising it. We can discuss the idea and build the business as equal partners, meaning we will share all profit generated 50/50 forever and work together on improving the concept.

I think there are plenty of ideas but implementation does cost money. For example hosting, domain, software code. All of that costs money. Idea can be million dollar worth. But how do you justify funding and the implementation. There has to be legal process for this. otherwise things can go wrong. That's what I have learned while I have worked for similar type of the project.

I agree with you @overcast documentation is key to avoid stories that touches especially that everything is almost free. I think you can start with wordress if you can't purchase hosting for now.

I'd recommend the infinityfree or the x10hosting that you can for the start. You don't need money that way. You can also use the freenom domains for 1 year. And then move your forum or the hosting to paid domain later. I'd also see that you have to treat the partner with respect and avoid making them work for free. You not having money is not going to solve the financial issues of the partner. So make sure either learn those skills yourself or buy the templates and build business.
