There are many ad networks such as admaven, propellerads, pop ads, and media net - I don't really know which ads will be the best fit. better just testing them and share your experience.

Yeah adsense wiuld be the best choice,I have come across some quiz sites and my experience has really been awesome.

You can also apply for Google AdSense as it is the highest paid ad network around. Once there is daily updates on the quiz website and there are real vistors visiting the website, you can apply for adsense and you will be approved.you can also try propellerads and adsterra, they are also good ad networks

Quizz sites can have a lot of views per day. You can set each question on separate page. While user browse each question it can make a lot of page views.
