I can see some guys selling LLLL.org with premium value as high as 200 to 300 bucks. Im not sure if that is worth that much though. A profit is only counted if it is realized. Assuming if he managed to sell it within 3 years, it is still enough to cover back the renewal fees with some good returns.

because it's the name of the business that are in sale or most probably the name of their brand.
namecheap, godaddy are filled with this sales everyday, just type in a premium domain name or any word you can think of for example: email, sales, office, business, there are premium generic words and it would be gread for your business to have them for example you are selling email hosting, or any business you might have online.
