LettemWrite is yet another writing site for writers. However, this site has a different way of working. When you first join the site, you will be classified in the Featherweight category. After you will move up in ranking when you prove your writing skills.

Here is how it works:

1. Create an account and fill in your profile information.
2. Look at the writing competitions that are being offered. These are the clients who start the competitions. They give you the instructions of what they want written. In the competition there is a set price for the winner. The buyer is the one who chooses the best written article form his/her competition.
3. If you win the competition, you're paid 100% of the competition money.
4. Your ranking skills are increased and you move up in ranking.
5. The more competitions you enter and win, the more you earn and the higher your ranking improve.
6. Once your ranking has improved you will be moved up the ladder from being a to a Lightweight. There buyers can hire you to write directly for them. You word count price is set by your ranking.
7. Lightweight authors are paid 2 cents a word. As you move up in ranking in the Lightweight sections your earns per word increases. The highest pay in the Lightweight sections is 5 cents per word written.
8. The next writer's level is Middleweight. You start at the bottom and work your way up. Your pay ranges from 6 cents a word to 12 cents a word.
9. The final step is Heavyweight. Here is where you will earn more money for each word you write. The pay here starts at 14 cents per word and tops out at 30 cents per word.

This is a competitive site for writers. If you think you'd like to work here it is a decent company. I have 4 friends who work on this site. They say it isn't always constant work, but when they do get work the pay isn't bad.

I haven't joined this site so I have no proof of payment. All I can go on is what a few writers have told me about this site.

I have explained that you need to win a few of the writing competitions before you can apply for jobs on this site. So if you'd like to try the site look at the competitions that client's offer and join a few of them. You'll need to win a few and then they will consider you a writer for their site.

From what the site said that you participate in the competitions and the person who posts them chooses the winners of the competitions. The person is the blog or website owner who post the content he wants written.

Nice concept though,but my problem is with what happens to others that didn't win,will they be compensated because it will ready a waste to write articles and don't get accepted for more than 3 consecutive times. And again articles not accepted what happens to those article,are they given back to writers or how?.

It sounds interesting.Though I don't like the idea,that if your work won't be accepted in the competition as winner,that you will be not paid.This way,you can work for months there,on the site,and get nothing paid for your work.Especially if there is a big competition,experienced writers,who already know,what the clients want and what writing style the clients prefer.

I also don't like the idea not because I hate competition but because there's no reward even if you've tried.That willbe like wastage of time and data yet you could have done other important things.

You'll need to pass some competitions and earn your way to the top. I sort of like this idea because you have the chance to prove that you are a good writer and you actually will earn according to your skills.

you are right that idea is good but for this you have to work really hard and have to manage time so you can give better and more better results.

This site is new to me. You will have to work really hard to succeed on there. You will have to compete with other writers. I think this will motivate you to work even harder and produce your best work.

The only bad thing about this site is that if your article isn't chosen you don't earn. So you do spend too much time on there writing and hoping the person will select your article and you'll be paid.

right, so it is difficult to earn on this site, means you work hard and then wait to be selected , i think i will not join this site because of this. :)

This site isn't for everyone and I can understand why you don't want to join. I don't have time to join on here. But there are people who love to write and it is an excellent way to improve your writing skills.

yes you are right it is like a competition, people who likes challenges can join this site but for me it would be difficult and will find difficult to find time just to part in competition
