I spent a year in a IT school, where there were teachers teaching us programming and i really liked it, but since this pandemic happened, we have to study at home, and as you know, it's nowhere to be compared with visiting school, so there are a lot of issues, that you can't find a solution for in the internet or your language doesn't help you at all to explain them, unlike in school where there's the teacher that can help you with everything, as well as the friends, and there is a lot of practice and exercices in the school unlike in home,
so what do you prefer, studying programming in a school or alone ?

I prefer studying in school in a classroom environment. I absolutely hated going to school when I was a child... but I think going to school helps me learn better. I'm more focused, I am surrounded with people who are also interested in learning, and I can get the immediate help I need when I get a question. So even if it's more "comfortable" to stay home in my PJs and learn, I think I prefer going to school.

99% of kids hate going to school, but the more you grow up, the better school gets, and that's what i noticed, i started liking school when i grew up (except i still hate waking up early)

To be fair, I still hated going to school even in college (as an adut). But I cannot deny that learning at school and in a classroom is more effective (for me, at least). So I'll hate it and complain, but still go because it's the best way to learn.

I prefer learning alone since I can learn stuff at my own pace and I'm from a third world country where not everyone here can afford high education.

well, if high education is paid, then i don't think that visiting or paying for it would be a good solution if there's the online alternative

Guess most higher learning in Europe is free. That's not the case in my country where a year in good university equals to 4-5 years normal wage.

Well, not all countries, for example, in germany, there are paid universities and free universities, also when it comes to programming, you can learn it for free and even get paid monthly, you can search for it, it's called "Ausbildung"

Yes, this is a really useful thing, especially in our time.

Definitely learning in school is much more better when you have an error in your code figuring it out will be easy with the help of friends and teachers unlike online no one to check what you have done moreso you have the opportunity to ask questions, it's more interactive to learn in school

There's a few countries in Europe where it's free, but it's not free for most of the world. In the US, if you want to go to a decent college, you'll probably end up paying debts for the next 20 years after graduation. Lots of people in first world countries can't afford higher education either.

There is nothing that can be as impactful and interesting like interactive and participatory learning because ideas are shared and learn . This can be achieved only while learning in school.

that's what i experienced recently when trying to learn at home, there's no monitor to guide you or help you when there's an unexpected error

Personally I don't even comprehend while reading at home, i.am if reading individually at home is more productive probably the need for schools won't be necessary.

Different people are different. I think most people would agree with you. But for myself I learn far more reading individually at home than I do at school! At home I can go at my own pace, and learn far more effectively without the distractions of a school.

Sure, but that assimilate individually are very few as compared to collective or group discussion. Some people even read and understand while some people have to be taught before they grab.

For effective learning from me ,I prefer learning in school because of the environment and mindset you have being in school.learning alone when you need to clarify something but a school there more resources to seek for clarification. I think you can achieve more in school .
you also need motivation to do it at home, as there are other things that can make you so lazy to not learn, also a mentor will be in need

to my mind, I think learning alone and at school are good. Because its really helpful when you're taught and get home to study it on your own. This increases your knowledge.

There are certain aspects of learning that require you to have discussion or share ideas before you study personally like programming, web designing or networking and the likes . You share knowledge then study further

For children I think this is a good point, but adults should be able to self-motivate. We learn for a reason (perhaps we are trying for a promotion, a new job etc.) we should be able to movtivate ourselves without the need of a teacher...
