I'm trying to learn how to use Photoshop. What would you recommend for tutorials; YouTube videos, a specific website? Thank you for your help!

Youtube videos has been my guide eversince, whether I need a very basi effect to a difficult one, i can always count on youtube. Good thing about it is that it is free, no need to pay for a course :)

The best bet is to learn from tutorial on YouTube. if you have ample time you could read it up first from blogs before watching to familiarize with the terms and what it entails. You'll get by in no time.

Blogs can help too for further explanation and understanding, when a demo is too fast, you can look on blog first then start watching a demo so you can get it easily. :)

You can find a lot on youtube, the good thing is it is free. It is very useful for beginners and for those who already knows the basic. You can find a lot of tops also for better work.:)

I did some work in photoshop, I made smoke effect and decay effect. There are many steps you need to know when doing such an effect, I only succeded because I followed the steps on the tutorial. Try to start with editing text, learn how to do some shadow, neon effect, they are good to start with. I recommand Photoshop Tutorials, great channel.

Nice one, youtube gives you detailed basics abot photoshops it is left for you tonuse your creativity to make good images out of it. Thanks for your recomendation @Roxana

You're welcome.
Well... yeah, but first you need to learn the basics, don't rush or memorise all the things you can do in photoshop and then just reproduce them. Like you said, it all depends on creativity.

youtube is one of the best free tutorial for photoshop. Here, you will learn the basic and the advance effects for your works. You can search what you want to learn and there will a lot of choices with explation for better understanding.

There are plenty of places to learn that on youtube. The thing is people have to catch up to the photoshop quick tricks. and that's the type of channel you have to find here. that's what can get you level up quickly.

There are different tutorials in youtube, you just have to choose which is the best and the easiest that you can apply on making effect on photoshop.

There are some really good tutorials from the deviantart users. And they seem to be having a really good tutorials for the photo manipulation. And another thing is that photoshops seems to be having lot of tutorials on the youtube.

You can see a lot on youtube, the only problem sometimes is the quality of the video. There videos where you can never see what options they click because it is too little to see. But there are a lot to choose from, so you can still find a good one.

I always do a google search when I need something new in editing photos in photoshop. And youtube videos are good to learn photoshop editing. I tried and also downloaded many photoshop tutorial videos from youtube .

Searching can really help you improve your skills on photoshop. nowadays, we can easily look for tutorials, be it a video
demontration or a blog that has step by step instructions.

i suggest to read first on a specific website for photoshop tutorial then if you think that you can do it in your own, then try it in photoshop then if you confuse to specific tool when creating your work, then its time to watch it in youtube for more specific information where you can view and easily understand the use of each tool.

If you get to learn to know the use of basic tools on photoshop, it will be easier for you to learn the new effects for photo shop. So one of the most important thing is to learn the basic first before you go on with difficult ones.
