@kaka135 It is good that we find out what ticks at different sites. A new site has risen - 'discussion.city' -which at the moment is offline, where discussions on any subject under the sun are welcome. I did 5 there and now it is not available and earned 9 points.

Thank you for sharing that. I will check it out soon. I haven't been online for a few days, I really need to catch up with the "online world". It is good to have sites like that, so we can discuss anything we like, such as mylot. That's why I always enjoy spending time on mylot. Whenever a topic doesn't fit to this or that forum/site, it can always be fit to mylot.

It's good to know there are more forums popping up, and hopefully these will last long. :)

I checked Lazy Forums, In my opinion, general discussion boards are by far the hardest to rank in Google.
Look at BMF, we focus on ways to make money, we introduce make money programs and people leave reviews.

And I already see many of our reviews ranking on Google first page, and many people lurking our forums to find ways to make $$$.

Google gives preference to websites giving answers to specific questions. Nonetheless, they have to be more difficult than stuff commonly asked on discussion forums. However, though, the combo of the BMF backlinking scheme and the questions might be the real source of the advantage, but there could be more factors involved.

Discussion City is great with the variety of topics covered. It seems to be universal in approach so everyone has a fair chance if making a good post. Unfortunately, the site has been down for a while. That is a common syndrome for sites that pay for posting, they go offline perhaps when they run out if budget for paying posters.

All I can say about LazyForums is that, it's promising. It's not the worst in earning too.. We just hope to see the payout soon, because I saw it's a beautiful and potential forum like BMF. The Admins there just have to pull up there socks in order to gain more members, which we all know it's by increasing the posts-worth.

For now it does sound promising. You can post and earn points. And earning is lot better compared to the mylot. I think this and fc can earn 10$ a month. But may require person to work harder on those projects. It's surely not that easy. We just have to see about that.

Note, the same is also true with Forum Promotion - assuming that you're not making money from them via Postloop. However, though, things can change. For instance, on Forum Promotion they're thinking of increasing the value of FP$.

Oh, by the way, this is assuming you have a high cost of living in your land, but even with that, Forum Promotion can be tough cause people want an outrageous amount for little money. However, though, LazyForums is different.

Well I would say that is a good thing because I don't want people joining just for the money. We are a general discussion forum that offers different items in our shop in exchange for virtual currency. This is more for loyal users and for those entering our contests. We are not a paid to post forum as such, neither is Forum Promotion.

I agree from the owners perspective you have to consider about the monetization and also about the community. But the issue is on beerforum type forums. People are going to look at this from the monetization angle. And that's what makes it easier for anyone to join such forums. So I don't blame you or the people who wish to join but are holding back. Considering time wasted on net is not being compensated, that's why beermoneyforum type of the forums are increasing and so people expect payment from forums.

I think I joined the website back when I am still doing The Forum Wheel. I may try it again. If ever it is as good as Beer Money Forum, then it is worth coming back. If it wasn't that good, then I'll stick here. I am enough here and another forum site.

I agree with you and thats the reason why i joined BMF. Though i am a newbie joined 1 day ago, i noticed that members get freedom to share their opinions in their own way and get credit for that. Also, admin is very prompt in responding and proactive in resolving the issues.

No unnecessary rules and restrictions in BMF. I love BMF and proud to say that i am member of BMF.

BMF Rocks!!!

Oh but the discussion is about lazy forum. I am sorry i did not know much about it

It's 1 cent per post and 2 cent per thread, too difficult to make 100 posts in an hour. I was making minimum 10 cents per post in the past and this looks worse for me.

Oh, wait. I checked their announcement and it says there it will be closed. Not sure though. Two weeks ago, it was announced that there is a new site admin. I wonder how true it is. So for now, I'd rather focus on this site.

I checked this site and noticed that there is not much activity going on over there. I will keep monitoring the site and if I find it trustworthy to earn there then I will sign up. I will also look for the payment proofs.
