That's nice to know. I'll look into Payeer. Seems many people use it. PayPal was such a hassle to verify (had to go to the bank and wait for the bank to find the code) so I lean towards their service. However, I have never seen other users complaining of this issue.Well, when I try to purchase on websites such as 2catcash, they send me to Payeer's website for purchasing and I have to login 3 times, then when I try to click the Confirm button, nothing happens.
