Yes, you won't be able to withdraw if via PayPal. PayPal fees are to blame. You can also try doing their offerwalls that help add more to your earnings.

I just withdrew $0.10 using Perfect Money. I forgot to make a screenshot for proof of payment. I decided to open an account with PM since at $.01 a day, it would take me 200 days to get $2 for PayPal. Plus, I run the risk of having my account banned by PayPal because it doea not allow activity from PTC sites. Anyway, it took 15 sec and the money was in my PM account. Legit.
