creating multiple accounts and saying "it is my friend whom i referred and i was just helping him" Doesn't get reply anytime soon. you have to be patient. Multiple accounts are determined by fingerprints, ip address, etc.. So friend might be imaginary. So need time to analyze

I got the same problem, tought for the second time, this time i could not solve the captcha or wthere was not connection to recaptcha and then the same message, i think it will become ok

The problem with recaptcha is solved yesterday and all the accounts affected by that are corrected and payments which went under-review are changed to pending.
